Imaging of NLS with the Biophilia Intruder scanner can be considered as a screening diagnostic method and a newer diagnostic method (when ultrascanning and SEA are used) to address controversial issues regarding strategy and treatment of breast lesions. 3D NLS imaging allows us to obtain 3D images of the overall structure of the breast and slices in any plane, the axillary region with lymph nodes, the posterior breast space with all layers of the chest wall, and to differentiate retrosternal lymph nodes. Three-dimensional NLS studies can detect changes in the mammary gland during various pathological processes, determining their size, form, and structure.
